Today was the second Senate Debate at the Georgia Fair. The first debate was sponsored by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, a conservative think tank and lobbying organization. This time around it was just a raucous political rally for both sides.
I attended this debate and the Governor Debate which was held immediately after, and one thing I appreciated about this debate over the last in this race was that the libertarian candidates were both present. Unfortunately, Amanda Swafford did not get an opportunity to articulate any meaningful policy positions, because the media was more concerned about why she was running if she was going to lose as opposed to why she was running and what she hoped to do if she won.
That said, here’s some video, we also will be discussing this debate in detail on the David Dorer Show on Friday.
